Lace. Face.

Upside: we ran with Belle’s “no pull” harness collar today and it couldn’t have gone better for being her first run with it. Our runs had become unbearable because she pulls me so hard. I feel bad because I know she doesn’t like it, but she learns fast so a few more runs and we should be able to go back to her normal collar with no problems…or at least I’m hoping.

Downside: some bum threw meat with fucking bones at her! I mean I’m really happy that he could spare this meat that he took out of a trash bag he was carrying but ffuuuucckkkkyouuuuu man. I yelled at him to stop and he says “what I picked out the bones?” then I find two of them. I swear if my pup is sick tonight/tomorrow I will be soooo freaking mad.

We are super bored..

I could probably count on one hand how many thunderstorms this pup has seen. She’s pretty interested/acting like a cooped up hyper child.

Look at this dog. this dog is so unbelievably happy with seven fucking carrots and a damn ball of meat. Why can’t I be as happy as this dog?

This reminds me of Belle. My friends have pointed out that when we go places everyone will be watching her, even if there’s tons of other dogs around. I can only chalk it up to how incredibly happy she looks all the time. If she finds something to play with, you would swear it was the best thing to play with in the entire world. Dogs are awesome ;)

Bed time!

This is what’s currently going on in my bed. I’m about 5 minutes from having to move her so I can sleep, but for the time being Belle is fast asleep on my chest. She’s too adorable.

Tomorrow makes a year that I have had this big baby. She is an absolute joy and constantly makes me and anyone around smile. The past few days particularly she has been such a joy. Yesterday she very patiently waited almost 2 hours to get her annual shots. I was a proud mommy!

went hiking this morning! the weather was fabulous

I took Belle to my new apartment today for the first time. She was so funny running around exploring everything.

Reunited and it feels so good!

I have my Belly back after being apart for 5 days. :D
